Poland continues to rank among the European Union’s leading egg-producing countries, accounting for approximately 10% of total EU egg production. Its strong agricultural base and modern egg processing industry have positioned the country as an important supplier of egg products across Europe.

The country’s growing processing capacity supports increasing production of whole egg powder, egg yolk powder, and egg white powder for both domestic use and export markets.

Industry observers expect Poland to remain one of Europe’s key suppliers of industrial egg ingredients in the coming years.
